- CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies)
- A reference number issued by a UK institution confirming a student has an unconditional offer and meets entry requirements — required to apply for a UK student visa.
- COE (Confirmation of Enrolment)
- A document issued by an Australian education provider confirming a student is enrolled — required to apply for an Australian student visa.
- Commission Split
- The agreed percentage of a placement fee paid to a sub-agent or referral partner for a successful student enrollment, typically defined per university partnership agreement.
- Conditional Offer
- A university's offer of admission that depends on the student meeting specific conditions (e.g. final grades, English test scores, or document verification) before it becomes unconditional.
- Document Checklist
- A destination- or program-specific list of required files (transcripts, passport, proof of funds, etc.) that must be collected and verified before a student file can progress to the next stage.
- Lead Intelligence
- Analysis of where leads come from and how they convert, used to route new inquiries and measure which marketing channels actually produce enrollments.
- Multi-Tenant Architecture
- A software design where multiple organizations (tenants) share the same application, but each tenant's data is logically isolated from every other tenant's.
- RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)
- A permissions model that grants access based on a user's role (e.g. Counsellor, Branch Manager, Finance) rather than assigning permissions to each person individually.
- SLA (Service-Level Agreement)
- A defined commitment for how quickly something happens — for example, how fast a new lead must be contacted before it is flagged as overdue.
- SOP (Statement of Purpose)
- A written document, submitted as part of a visa or university application, explaining a student's reasons for studying a particular course at a particular institution.
- Sub-Agent Network
- A group of independent referral partners or franchise agents who refer students to an education consultancy in exchange for a commission on successful enrollments.
- Tenant Isolation
- A guarantee that one organization's data cannot be accessed by another organization on the same platform, enforced at the system level rather than through configuration alone.
